Steps to cancel your SonyLIV subscription

You need to get in touch with ACT for deactivation.

Payment made by Google Playstore:

• • Go to your Play Store Account
• • Select Subscriptions
• • Click on Unsubscribe

Payment made by Apple iTunes store:

• • Click on the Settings icon on your iOS device
• • Click on the option "iTunes & App Store"
• • Click on Apple ID
• • Click on view Apple ID
• • Login with your apple credentials
• • Click on “Subscriptions” and
• • Select the pack you wish to unsubscribe

Payment made by Amazon store:

• • Go to Your Memberships and Subscriptions in your Amazon account
• • Select Manage Subscription next to the subscription you'd like to cancel.
• • Click the link under Advance Controls to be directed to the main subscription page. On this page, Click on Actions drop down against the subscription you want to discontinue and choose the 'Turn off auto-renewal' option to can cancel your subscription.

For users in India, SMS 'STOP' to155223and then follow the instructions received in the subsequent SMS from the operator. This SMS will be toll free in India and will not be charged.
