Mere Apne

Anandi Devi is an old widow living in a village. A distant relative, Arun, persuades her to live in the city with his family. Later, she realizes that Arun and his wife wanted to keep her as a maid, she leaves their house immediately. She befriends a child beggar and starts living with him in a dilapidated house.
