A taxi gets blown up in a blast with the bomb planted in a suitcase left on the back seat. Eyewitnesses say that the driver seemed to be in a hurry. CID starts working on the theory that either the driver was delivering the bomb or a suitcase with the bomb was left behind by the bomber. A badly burnt teddy bear recovered from the crime scene shows cocaine stuffed inside.
