Captain Shravan Malhotra meets Dr. Suman Tiwari after 7 years when Veer lands up at Shravan's place during a game of hide and seek. Suman gets to know that Shravan had saved Veer’s life. Back at the cant, the two come face-to-face once again and hatred surges through their veins. Suman gets entrusted with the responsibility of treating Shravan’s injury. While Shravan requires an ‘OK’ in his fitness report to wind up things from Bhopal, Suman detests the fact that she has to deal with Shravan.
