Deceiving His Own Mother, Rohan

Mrs. Hegde approaches Rohan for Kaku’s services as a cook for her house party. Hesitant at first, Rohan takes up the offer with a view to clear some of his debts. Kaku, who is unaware about Rohan’s actual intention, does the cooking as an act of goodwill only to be rudely mocked by Vasu. When she catches a glimpse of Rohan taking the money for her services, the ground beneath her feet slips away. Appalled by Rohan’s shallow doing, will Kaku take him to task or will she keep mum on this subject?
