Six months after neutralising Sekar, Viktor has taken time off to care for Gayathri while searching for his missing wife. Meanwhile, Senior Inspector Kishore and his boss Thilak discover the bodies of two murdered cops in a car belonging to psychologist and motivational speaker Lankeshwaran.
The comissioner, aware of the Thirukkural connection, convinces Viktor to help with the double murder case. Although having provided an alibi, Lankeshwaran draws the suspicion of Viktor when he discreetly quotes a Thirukkural couplet. Meanwhile, a constable's body is discovered in the trunk of a car near the police station.
When the police find a Thirukkaral note with Muthu's body, Viktor gets permission from the commissioner to question Lankeshwaran once more. Ego clashes over Lankeshwaran's involvement in the murders leads Viktor, along with Kishore, to set up discreet surveillance on the suspect.
Viktor, along with Kishore and Constable Sabari, follows the location of a GPS tracker activated by the techie who helped him with Sekar's case. While Viktor finds the tracker, he realises the techie is still missing. Meanwhile, Sabari is run over by a car, and Kishore, who tries to help her, is knocked unconscious.
While Viktor gets no response from Kishore or the constables, Gayathri finds the techie's body in a mysterious car parked near Anjali's house. When the commissioner learns of the turn of events, he reprimands Viktor and Thilak and gives Viktor a last chance to find Kishore.
Viktor, devastated at Kishore's loss, is thrown off the case but convinces Priya to help him investigate Lankeshwaran privately. Thilak, reinstated to investigate the case, meets with Lankeshwaran and opens up to him about his strained marriage. Meanwhile, Priya tells Viktor that he could be Lankeshwaran's next target.
A devastated Thilak breaks down in front of Lankeshwaran when he learns about his wife's attempted suicide. Meanwhile, Viktor has a major breakthrough in his investigation that allows him to finally arrest Lankeshwaran.
While Thilak is fuming about Viktor sidestepping him, Lankeshwaran blackmails Viktor into handing over all evidence against him to his accomplice.
While Thilak closes the case believing the accomplice was behind the murders, Lankeshwaran manipulates him into thinking Viktor is responsible. Meanwhile, Viktor breaks into Lankeshwaran's house and stumbles upon an important piece of evidence that could blow the case wide open.
The recordings along with Gayathri's positive identification of the other person with Sekar lead Viktor to a startling revelation about Lankeshwaran and Geetha.
