Blowback

As Raylan prepares to be questioned about his recent shootings when he is at the Marshal’s office, Cal Wallace, a dangerous federal prisoner, who is fighting the transfer to a high-security facility, overpowers his guards and takes them hostage. With Wallace threatening to kill his hostages, Art and Raylan cautiously try negotiating with Wallace. Raylan tries to establish a rapport with the prisoner so that the matter can be nipped in the bud.
