Tailap Raj and Vikramjeet run from the battlefield like cowards in fear of getting killed. Sindhu mourns for Kalari after he gets seriously injured in the battlefield. Mehmood kills Ismail and acts as if he was already dead when he reached there. Prithvi saves the golden bird and promises to marry Mrinal.

Ghazni's son Ismail is captured by Prithvi and Anand Pal. Ghazni gets frustrated when none of his men are able to find Ismail. So, Mehmood asks him to give him a day and promises to find Ismail for him. The war between Malwa and Manyakheta starts and Kalari gets shot with an arrow to the chest. Mrinal attacks Ghazni, but is captured by Mehmood.

Prithvi gets to know about Mrinal's plan to invade Ghazni's camp, and tries to stop her as he doesn't think that it’s safe. But Mrinal goes on to execute the plan. Ghazni is successful in resolving the conflict between Mehmood and Ismail and declares the war against Malwa. Will Mrinal be able to execute her plan successfully?

Queen Mrinal is left alone and cold, in the blizzard. Prithvi spots Mrinal and rescues her. He brings her back to her tent and takes of care of her the whole night. On the other side of the empire, Tailap is getting ready for war, as the chiefs discuss their war strategies.

Mehmood and Ismail have a difference of opinion on the battlefield. While Mehmood's quest to show his dominance on the battlefield does not go down well with Ismail, the men responsible for barging into the castle do not respect Ismail's opinion. Meanwhile, Prithvi Vallabh's men feel inferior led by Mrinal. While Prithvi stands by Mrinal, will Prithvi's men do the same for him on the battlefield?

Tailap and Vikramjeet discuss about Prithvi in the Royal court. Everyone seems shook with Prithvi getting all better. Prithvi, his brother and mother discuss the future plans. On the other hand, Queen Mrinal and Tailap go over the plans to conquer.

Prithvi is all patched up, his wounds have healed up. He gets memories of his past, about the signs of the golden bird. He recollects those memories and tries to trace the facts. Later, Queen Mrinal and Prithvi reunite.

Prithvi is still locked up under Queen Mrinal's orders. Vikram takes advantage and tries to poison Prithvi by spiking his medicine. Queen gets advice from the head Swami. Vilas gets seriously wounded and confides in the Queen about the master's plan to kill Prithvi.

Queen Mrinalvati is in disagreement with herself, she can't seem to figure out what should be done with Prithvi. While Prithvi is still locked up, and his nephew spots him in prison and feels for him, but, in the end, there is nothing he could've done. Sulochna advises the queen to follow her heart.
